Endurance is the foundation of cycling. It cannot be built overnight and it cannot be bought.
It is built through the miles you accumulate over the years. Training after training. Season after season. It is created on cold mornings when the road is still empty. During hundreds of hours spent on the bike.
In the moments when it would be easiest to stop, but you decide to keep going. It is the ability to continue the effort when the body starts to protest and the mind suggests giving up.
