Return procedure

You can return a product within 30 days from the date of delivery.

How to return a product:

  1. Send an email to support@luxa.cc with your order number and information about which items you are returning.
  2. Pack the product securely. Include a note with your name, order number, and clearly write: RETURN.
  3. Ship the parcel to the following address:
