Return procedure
You can return a product within 30 days from the date of delivery.
How to return a product:
- Send an email to support@luxa.cc with your order number and information about which items you are returning.
- Pack the product securely. Include a note with your name, order number, and clearly write: RETURN.

The basis for the exchange is a document confirming the purchase - invoice / confirmation with the order number (sent automatically to the email address provided during the order)

In the message, please provide the order number, provide a reason for submitting a complaint. Please attach photos of a possible defect.
Please send to us product that you want to complain with the note "Complaint" to the address given below. Attach the sheet of paper with the invoice number to the package (the confirmation of purchase -number was sent to the e-mail address provided when placing the order)

You should know that most of our products are sewn on the basis of a RACE / SLIM fit cut - good fitted to the body. If you are not sure which size to choose, please contact us via email at support@luxa.cc by providing your details (height, weight, chest size), and product name you are interested in. We will try to advise you on the right size.

Accidents happen to all of us. Although we try to stay safe at races and trainings.
If you damaged our clothing as a result of an accident, send us photos of the damaged garment. We need the best documentation of the accident for positive consideration - pictures from the scene of the accident, body injury, etc.
We give a 50% discount on any selected product in the same category as damaged clothing. If the damaged type of clothing is unavailable, we will give a discount on the latest and available product in the current collection.
