I want to exchange product

You have 30 days to exchange a product in Luxa from the date of receipt of the goods. Correct completion of the exchange procedure:

  1. Place an order in our store (Do not worry - you do not have to pay anything) for a product that interests you. Type in the field for comment to order- "Exchange",
  2. choose payment by bank transfer, but do not pay for the order. Now the product will be reserved for you until the end of the exchange
  3. Just attach a sheet of paper with your name and surname to the inside of the package and write what the product is to be exchanged for.
  4. Pack the product securely with the completed form, or a sheet of paper with information (as described above)
  5. Ship package the address below:

I wan to return product

You can return the product up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, to make properly return use the following procedure:

Procedure FOR THE OWNER of the account at luxa.cc :

  1. Click the link: " Order history and details ", if you are not logged in, fill in your login details email and password.
  2. Go to the "Details" link (link to the right of order if you using a desktop). When you use smartphone, just click on the number of your order.
  3. Write us a brief information in the field Merchandise Return, what is the reason for the return, and press the "Request a return" button
  4. Attach a sheet of paper with your name and surname to the inside of the package, and write that it is a RETURN.
  5. Pack the product securely with information inside (as described above) Send the parcel to the address below with the "Return" note

Procedure for UNREGISTERED USER at luxa.cc:

  1. Write message at support@luxa.cc with your order number and what items you want to return
  2. Write us a brief information about why you are returning the product
  3. Attach a sheet of paper with your name and surname to the inside of the package, and write that it is a RETURN.
  4. Pack the product securely with information inside (as described above)
  5. Send the parcel to the address below with the "Return" note

I want to make a complaint

If the purchased product has a defect or is damaged, please send a complaint by email: support@luxa.cc

In the message, please provide the order number, provide a reason for submitting a complaint. Please attach photos of a possible defect.

Please send to us product that you want to complain with the note "Complaint" to the address given below. Attach the sheet of paper with the invoice number to the package (the confirmation of purchase -number was sent to the e-mail address provided when placing the order)

Luxa cycling clothing is made of flexible materials, which adapt to the cyclists body.

You should know that most of our products are sewn on the basis of a RACE / SLIM fit cut - good fitted to the body. If you are not sure which size to choose, please contact us via email at support@luxa.cc by providing your details (height, weight, chest size), and product name you are interested in. We will try to advise you on the right size.

Crash Replacement

Accidents happen to all of us. Although we try to stay safe at races and trainings.

If you damaged our clothing as a result of an accident, send us photos of the damaged garment. We need the best documentation of the accident for positive consideration - pictures from the scene of the accident, body injury, etc.

We give a 50% discount on any selected product in the same category as damaged clothing. If the damaged type of clothing is unavailable, we will give a discount on the latest and available product in the current collection.
